    Chief Operating Officer

    Daniel L. Brody is a seasoned real estate investor with an extensive background in residential construction, ranging from remodeling projects to new builds. Leveraging his construction expertise, he has successfully built a profitable portfolio of rental properties that generates consistent returns. His deep understanding of the real estate markets targeted for residential unit investment and hands- on experience in property development have been key to his investment success. Mr. Brody is a principal in a Texas-based real estate firm, Brokers Edge Realty Group, LLC, which he uses as a platform through weekly education sessions to mentor others interested in exploring opportunities in the real estate investment field. His holistic approach to real estate, encompassing both construction and sourcing and executing investments, sets him apart in the marketplace.

  • CHARLES HOLLOWAY

    Chief Executive Officer

    Charles R. Holloway spent most of his career working in various leadership and management roles in the oil and gas industry. He spent his formative years with Mobil and ExxonMobil. Prior to the Merger, he was a member of Mobil's Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Team. In 2000, Charlie worked on the largest manufacturing merger in history between Mobil Oil Corporation and Exxon Corporation. He managed ExxonMobil's Lubricants & Petroleum Specialties Business Commercial Industrial Lubricants US business. He owned and operated a large multi-state, multi-line lubricants, and chemical specialties wholesale distributorship. The distributor served the Eastern half of North Carolina, SouthCarolina, Eastern Georgia, to Jacksonville, Florida. Upon exiting the distributorship, Mr. Holloway returned to major oil to lead Bp Castrol's Lubricants Distributor Network for the United States and the Dominican Republic. The distributor network included Bp Air, Bp Marine, Castrol Industrial, Castrol Heavy Duty, and Castrol Automotive Lubricants. The network evolved from acquisitions Bp acquired (Arco, Amoco, Castrol Automotive, Castrol Industrial, Dryden, Bp Marine, Bp Aviation, etc.). These acquisitions required extensive realignment, divestment, and consolidation. Upon his departure from Bp Castrol, Mr. Holloway consulted for Chevron USA on their Strategic Network Planning Team and for a number of Private Label independent oil blenders, including large distributors. He continues as the CEO of American Premium Petroleum, based in northern NJ. Mr. Holloway has a proven history, and documented performance in various entrepreneurial start-up enterprises. Mr. Holloway holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, and a combined
